US HWY 36 Saint Paris, OH 43072 Phone: 937.663.0001 Fax: 937.663.0001 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2012-13: 1 - All extra-curricular activities will again have a participation fee associated with it. The district feels that, given the budget constraints, additional revenue is needed in order to maintain the opportunities for our student-athletes that we are familiar with. To participate in Middle School athletics the cost will be $75 per sport. The fee for a High School sport will be $125. There is also a $300 family cap per year. Details and paperwork are available under the ’Pay to Participate’ link on the left or at the HS Athletic office. 2 - The Athletic Department has also has a 365 day Extra-Curricular Code of Conduct policy. We feel our student-athletes must be held to a higher standard, regardless of whether they are in-season or out of season. The code also now applies to all extra-curricular activities, not only athletics. Details and paperwork can be found under the ’Forms and Documents’ link on the left or at the HS Athletic office. 3. Mandatory OHSAA Pre-Season Dates have been set for 2012-13: Fall - Tuesday, July 24 at 6:00pm at Graham Middle School Winter - Tuesday, October 23 at 6:00pm at Graham Middle School Spring - held by individual sports **Please be prepared to turn in all athletic paperwork for the upcoming season at these meetings - Physical, Extra-Curricular Code of Conduct, and Pay to Participate Fees.
